Are you ready?

Well let's start sorting our financial undies. On your piece of paper I'd like you to write your yearly income. It doesn't have to be exact. If you get income from more than one place put it all down.

Now fold the paper in half so you can't see the figure any more.

On the outside of the folded page write in big letter the words
“This is it!”

You see, your lifestyle for this year comes from your income. If you spend more than you earn you'll go backwards. If you spend less than the amount you wrote down you will have some savings.

Everything you do this year needs to be paid for by that amount. That's why we say “This Is It”.
